  • Drafting of Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA) of the company;

  • Liaison with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) concerned and removing any objection that may be raised by the ROC;
  • Procurement of Certificate of Incorporation of the Company.

Maintenance of Secretarial Records

Sushil Bhati & Associates ensures that all the secretarial and compliance records are regularly updated and maintained by its client company in compliance with all the provisions of company laws. To ensure that all the compliances are met, the firm provides following services:

  • Holding and conducting of statutory meeting of the board of directors, annual general meeting and extra ordinary general meeting of the company;
